Exactly. If one light bulb in every house in this country were replaced with a CFL bulb for every year the bulb is used, it would have the affect of removing the emissions of 1,000,000 cars off the street. Saves money, saves emissions...why can't that just be a good thing no matter who says it...
I'd say the Paypal one is warm. For one it is a rebate that goes to your paypal account 6-8 weeks later after Dec 31 (that blows to get a "rebate" 3 months from now). Secondly, it looks like a one time only rebate. You also need to register BEFORE thanksgiving to be eligible.
