Often times smaller things cost more money. Like a smaller laptop, or a more portable harddrive for this matter.
This drive is relatively small, and is "Conveniently USB-bus powered, the LaCie Mobile Hard Drive doesn't require an AC adapter. " It's fast (5400rpm) for a portable drive...
"MPIO 256MB MP3 Player - $19.99 AR"
That is a nice player. I wonder how much rebate there is. I might pick up a craftsman tool kit since I've always wanted those. But since someone already mentioned that the prices aren't too cheap, I not have the motivation to get up at 5am :)

With harddrive space so cheap now. I wonder if anyone still uses harddrive compressions. I remember the good old days when I used drivespace on my 80 MB harddrive and got 160MB! (yes that's megabytes not a typo for GB).

I agree with isekii, that's probably the whole deal. And its even worse for the buyers because they really don't need the "free car" instead it would be better to just pocket that equivalent cash.

BuyDig is good, BUT make sure you confirm your order over the phone. I placed an order a few days ago and they sent the camera via 2nd day fedex for $20 charge. I still have the print out of the confirmation page, I DID NOT select that option.

Bump! We picked up two of the 250GB drives today. They are GREAT!
But make sure you have different addresses for the rebates (Limited TWO per household!)
Also, Please edit the post so it has the TOTAL PRICE (After rebate) for the drives.

Hehe... I'm not kidding... I'm cheap! bought my Ti4400 128MB used a year ago, after it has dropped it's price....
But I'm feeling a need to upgrade since UT2004 is getting a bit laggy... But then again, is it worth $300? Or should I wait a few months and get a used 5900Ultra/5950Ultra for...

Not only is it cheaper, but it's also on FREE SHIPPING. However, don't forget to include tax.
Only catch is that it is on back order for a few days.
David
hrm, that price for the retail drive is quite nice. I'd just on that one and get the rebate. Why risk the rebate to save a few dollars (buying the OEM)?
Thanks

Hi, I'm trying to get one of these monitors, but I can't seem to get the $7.99 shipping rate.
Can you please direct me on how I can get that rate?
Thank you.
David
Well, the super resolution is nice but not a major buying factor for me. For my level of CAD designing (student), I'm fine with 1280x1024 resolution.
I'm wondering how the rest of the stuff will fair between mainly the 21" CRT vs the 18" LCD.
I watch a lot of Movies
play a few FPS sometime...
Yeah, I'm still trying to find a good deal on a monitor as well:
Current choices.
1) wait for a good deal on the 1800FP NEW - $350 to $400 shipped
2) Get this 19" KDS - $77 after C and after R
3) get the refurbished 21" Hatachi CRT $180 shipped
any advice? I'm a student and I love having an...
Cool, thanks for letting us know. By the way, sorry I'm all out of cookies, otherwise I would have given you one too :)
You definately deserve a cookie :)
David
Thanks!
The Z4 is nice, too bad it doesn't have a movie mode :(
I wish Dell sold the Pentax Optio S4, it has a $30 rebate now, that would have been a sweet deal :)

Yep Camera quality isn't good; but that's the trade off for the small size.
However, small test can be enhenced by using the MICRO feature. Look for that. And make sure AUTO FOCUS is on :)
David
Have you seen the quality of the video's? They are not as good as you think. #1 they are tiny. And even at 100% size, they are block and choppy, if you try to zoom to 200% it will be really blocky :(
Check out samples on steve's digital camera page.
