    I believe that is the memory failure beep code, but it seems like memtest worked so I don't know for sure.

    Depends on for what use. For single thread gaming, the 3GHz, but for multi-tasking, the dual core would be better.

    DS3 or DS4

    DS3 has gotten really high ratings. I would recommend that. Edit: It really depends if you are going to crossfire or not. The DS4 has two PCI-16 slots while DS3 has one.

    The Gigabyte one that you posted is the one I am comparing. If you meant the DQ6, I don't need it because I won't be using SLI. The reason I am weary about choosing the DS3 is because when I checked the thread about it, it seemed many people were having problems.
