Sorry for being a dickhead - I discovered I had to manually set the multiplier to 10, but there again shouldn't the BIOS automatically do that for you?

I was recnetly lucky enough to get a QX6700 CPU which I've installed OK but although ir is recohnised in the Setup correctly and in Windows XP64 as a 2.66Ghz Cpu, it also says it is running at 2.4Ghz. Default settings return the same results. I am not particularly technical but can anyone...
