Yeah it could be. Mine is CIBC. The charge was on my statement both times immediately after my withdrawl. I just checked, it was 3 dollars, not 4.

That's what I thought at first. Then I checked my bank account and they took out 3 dollars each time. They just didn't tell me about the fee at the bank machine.
I find my credit card is cheaper in the US. Similar exchange rates, and the ATM charges a 3-4 dollar fee every time I use it.
Most of them warn you that you will be charged a fee. The Bank of America down the street from me did not warn me.

I voted yes, but I haven't done it in a few years. I even grew the tomatoes and most of the herbs and made the sauce with them. That tomato sauce was so fucking delicious all by itself, half the time I forgot to add the herbs and it didn't matter. I used the bread maker to make the dough.
