Which way should I point my pencil in my pocket

what to do in las vegas for someone who doesn't want to spend money?

You dont need to be a guest of any of the casino/hotels to go check out the buffets. Just go right on in and get some tastiness. Good views of the city from that one hotel that has a bunch of rollercoasters on top of it. I forgot which one it is, but google is your friend.
