Warm Deal: 74gb Raptor $119 @ best buy.

Sorry didnt see it posted, i even searched for "raptor" before i posted and i didnt see it... Anyways, its not on their website, you have to look in your local store. I actually unloaded my 2 x 36gb raptors (almost 4 years old) for $50 a piece. I consider it a good $20 upgrade.

OCing E6300 with tforce 965pt problem

Can i play World of Warcraft on Linux?

mmm, When i ran cedega + 2.8ghz p4 and 6600gt , i saw about a 10-20% performance loss. On any modern system, i doubt the performace loss would even be noticiable.

Funny thing is, I just looked trough the instruction again and nowhere does it mention removing the plastic film. The bottom of this heatsink is so polished its almost impossible to tell that there was plastic on it. There are no warning graphics on it at all.

I have the Biostar Tforce 965pt. I wanted to overclock, but because my arctic cooler 8 pro does not push any air across the northbridge passive heatsink, i could not overlock much past 410mhz. So, wanting to overclock more, i purchased this northbridge HSF...

Howto stress the northbridge

There any programs i can run that will work the northbridge hard and cause it to heat up? Orthos doesnt seem to do much to it. I need something to run to verify that the northbridge is stable at full load when it gets really hot.

Yea you are correct, its the normal edition, not deluxe. I have the fire stix @ 441mhz so far. I belive they can go higher tho, i just gotta play with the settings more. But yea they boot up perfectly.

Is my Power supply good enough?

I ended up purchasing a Enermax Liberty 500w. 22a/22a (34 combined) 12v Awesome PSU. Funny thing is, i always thought my PC ran rather hot. It wasnt my PC, it was my PSU. I think that 480w was already strained on my old system. The Libery pumps out nothing but cold air, barely luke warm...
