Ad block usually blocks Hulu's ads. I love it when it gives me the option to watch a 2 minute ad and the rest ad free. Then it fails to load the ad and has a 30 second count down.
I have had problems with my cable modem like that. I never really fixed it, but I noticed that when it was really hot it would restart, so I pointed a fan on it and it restarted a little less.
Yahoo music used to be awesome, its meh now. You dont have to confirm your email address for a pandora account, so when you run out of time just create a new one.
They have been migrating for what? Like 6 months or something stupidly long. 4 days downtime to ensure everything works is not the end of the world. Plus they did it over a holiday weekend, so it was probably like 1 day of work and 3 days partying.
The dock should not get anywhere near hot enough to catch fire. In most newer cars after 30 or so minutes the cigarette lighter gets the power turned off.
Apartment walls vary a lot also, some are super thin and let a lot of sound through some are thick and dont. Just get a ground floor apartment and blast it as loud as you want.
