Got mine yesterday. It has a few bright dots on a black background. Called and recieved a replacement today. It's even worse. It has a little curve shape that's 5mm long (don't know how many pixels are in there) and at least 5 other dots. They will ship another tomorrow. Thought I am just unlucky.:(

Mine doesn't have the blank label.
I ordered it before midnight yesterday and receive it at 11:30am today.
It is not OEM. No other packaging. Dell just sticked a shipping label on the box.
