Any fan control software for an EVGA GTX 780?

Although the fan speed stays around 1200, the whooshing/whining sound that I heard when the fan speed was at 40% is gone. I can clearly tell the sound difference when I use Precision X software to push the fan speed from 17% to 40%.

GPU-Z shows the fan speed as 1193. It fluctuates up and down between 1191 and 1194.

Monitor goes black once per day

I had the same problems with my wife's monitor a few weeks ago. I changed out the cables and video card , but it kept going dark. I was the monitor. Once I changed it out with a new one it never happened again.

You got a great deal on that case. I just went to their website and it's $99.00. Too bad because I would have bought it. Newegg has it for $89.99 with a $20.00 rebate. That is still a good deal but not as good as the one you got.

Does a quiet case that has good air flow for OCing exist?

Why is my 2GB XFX HD6950 so hot?

You need a bigger case. There is no room for air circulation in that thing. I had a setup like that in a Apevia X-QPACK2 and my temps were very high. I changed to a HAF 912 and the difference was amazing. I loved the small form factor type case but the high temps were not worth it.

I have the same board and I just switched my SSD and 640Gb backup HDD to the two 6gb ports. I might RMA it if there is a recall or just keep the motherboard since the defect is not affecting me anyway. Otherwise I love this damn board. Rock solid stable at 4.6.
