    Canon i860 printer - lukewarm

    I have the i850. Very similar to the i860. I have used HP printers in the past. Canon ink is MUCH less expensive. Check out tomshardware review of the i860 to compare ink costs, or read consumer reports. Amazon had this for $100 with $30 rebate, but that ended 7/17.

    ECS K7S5A has the sis 735 chipset. Cheap and works well. ECS K7VAT3 is inexpensive if you like via kt266a chipset. ECS K7S6A has the sis 745 chipset if you want to use pc 2700 ram. Or MSI 745 ultra with the same chipset. Or Asus A7S333. Just a few ideas.
