Actually the promotion is not, it was a max usage promo code, it's just over now, it ended on the 15th. I snagged the promotion link off of the hardforums and when I noticed that the memory was also mispriced I snagged it.
I got the ram for 270.98 shipped and now its back up to $375.99...
