Yes, version 2618 boots Vista 64-bit w/o the BSOD and got rid of the watchdog errors that I was getting under 2395-2507 when pushing the FSB speed.

I noticed here that 2395 added support for the Q6600, another Quad core CPU. Maybe that support broke something with the QX6700.
