Hmm, the Lenovo just went on sale for $599 (100 off) which definitely makes it seem like a bit of a better deal. I built some comparable dells (inspiron 5000) and in the scratch and dent, cant get them lower than 650 for specs I like.

Question concerning DDR3 when not overclocking

Funny thing is the 3x1GB kit and the 3x2Gb kit with the similar model numbers have different voltages! One at 1.6v and the other at 1.5v. Is this mislabeling or is the 3x2Gb really that different?

The only thing i don't like about these is the construction. If you press on the center keys, the entire keyboard flexes down. It felt super cheap in comparison to every other laptop that Best Buy carried. This laptop is on the top of my list, but that part is really making it drop a little

Worth it to upgrade to 8800GT from 1950XT??

8800gt cooling fan?/

Does the accelero fit on the 8800?? It is an awesome passive cooler (though you c an throw a nice 120mm fan on it to keep it quiet), not sure if it is enough for the 8800 though.

Worth it to upgrade to 8800GT from 1950XT??

Freezer 7 Pro + Artic Silver Core2Duo E6300 - What should temps be?

At idle, I am at about 40-43, but my fan never spins up past 1000 rpm. When I game, my temps get up to about 50-53, but the fan doesn't spin past 1400. With the fan at 100%, I run about 48 Orthos full load and 35 idle 6400 @ 3.2 but very similar situations.

About a year ago, i was able to get an AC Freezer for $20 shipped. If you look around, you might find it. Unfortunately, it was at a random place in CA that I do not remember. Sorry :(
