yes, it's a bit high, but i think it's still acceptable.
possible cause:
- HSF not installed properly/securely
- not enough contact force between HSF and CPU
- concaved CPU
in the last case, you could lap your HSF/cpu (at your own risk, google for instruction), or clean out...
