High temperature..please help me.

I have an Asus striker with CPU QX6700...and the temperatures show me...
I just reach 35% (3240) with the default voltages....
When i try to change the voltages and up the FSB the Bios post freeze...
I'm using v6.00 PG Bios (original at factory)
I need to know what parameters i have to change...qhat shoul i disable....and what the voltages to keep FSB 1600 ir...
I bought an IN9 32 Max and E6600...my memory as Corsair DDR1066 PC 8500...
I don't get the overclock upper 30% in my PC..
Somebody help me to reach 3,6 at least?
I need to know the voltages and what things i have to enable and disable to get 3,6 Ghz...
My cooler is a Big Typhoon...my PSU...

I know it's lot expensive...but i wanna know only the best in performance (overclocking an another things and devices) and durability...

I have a Big typhoon cooler..and i have a Big Case well cooled (CS-718 Enermax)....and i don't understand what's happened to the temperature stay so high....
I woul like to know if can i down the voltages....or another thing to get lower temperature..

I did that Overclock as you explain....but the temperature go so higger than 60ºC.
The Everest and the Core Temp show me around 75ºC/ 79ºC (load) 57º/60º (idle) (3.6 Ghz - FSB 1,4v/ cpu...
