Quick update - I've emailed my supplier (scan) to see if they can get me ram timings, voltages etc.
I'll update my situation if/when these arrive.

Hi, in all honesty I am unsure what Micron modules I have. I purchased them from a computer wholesale store called scan. I managed to get the timings I think right from their advert for the ram.
