Yes, this is the Dell Mini 10 (NOT the 10v), and it has the memory SOLDERED to the motherboard. <copied from elsewhere> You cannot upgrade it! It's not just an issue of taking the system apart or the HDD being in an awkward position...it's literally impossible to remove the memory module...

Thanks. I have a copy of 7 Professional, but think XP will feel faster and battery life hasn't been much of an issue anyways. Sticking with XP.

Need Server 2008 R2 Bluetooth Drivers

I made a Mid-tower and installed Windows Server 2008 R2 on it and was able to find drivers for almost everything. However, I haven't been able to find drivers for my Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse. Any thoughts on how to get the bluetooth stack to work?

What's the best inexpensive quiet CPU heatsink?

Thank you for your insight. I should have explained my setup further. My primary purpose wasn't gaming, it was to house a 4-disk RAID (5.5TB at 5400RPM) and stream any format to my PS3. I use the box for both ripping my DVDs and transcoding them on the fly. Both of those tasks are CPU...

What's the best inexpensive quiet CPU heatsink?

The CM Hyper 212+ seems to be available from Fry's for as little as $13 (after $10 rebate) in store, or 19.99 online (after rebate). Gaia seems to be near $30. I looked at the Gaia as well. I think I'd be happy with either. Thanks for the suggestions.

Best Antivirus?

As has been said before, MSE is a good choice. Free, light on the resources, and Microsoft knows windows better than other companies. However, nothing can replace practicing safe computer (internet / email) use.

Help needed, can't warmboot new build!

Ordered components last week from Newegg and finally got most of them together this evening, however, everytime the computer calls for a reboot/restart, the monitor goes blank and the computer seems to freeze. Powering down manually and restarting fixes the problem. No components are OC'd...
