welcome! If all your voltages are set to auto and basicaly no overclocking I would say that your CPU heat sink is not properly seated and you are overheating, especaily if you are seeing 60c on asus probe. I would just reseat the cpu heat sink and try again.
But I've discovered that if I plug in ANY USB component, system stability disappears. Not an instant crash, but stress testing fails much quicker. I'm not sure what change USB is having on my system but I theorize that it could be a voltage load that needs to be offset with a higher voltage...
