first lower the brightness level or it will burn your eyes ;-) Settings widescreengaming I found above links helpfull, the settings I like are: Bright: 21 Contr:50 ADVM: ON color: native I use my lcd most of the time in dark room, with the light behind it. Good luck !!! ;-)

Thanks, It seems I have to use follwoing settings: Brithness around 20 and contrast around 30 with ADVM off. I could probably use higher contrast, but I like lower settings so my eyes won't get any eye strain.
