I assume you mean the fail safe defaults? I have not tried the F6b yet but plan to sometime in the next couple days and want to make sure I do this right. I do not have a floppy drive so it will be threw windows that I update to this BIOS.

I am back to the BUILDING DMI Pool on bootup again. Man is this board ever a piece of junk. I don't have anything oc'ed and have not changed anything and out of the blue this shit again. I give up, Gigablows wins. Off to search for diffent board without the Gigablows label on it.

Just took a quick look in the BIOS, I found everything Beagle said he did except I can not find the flash rom protection setting. Can anyone point me in the right direction to that setting? Have to leave for a bit, but will try this when I get back home.

MSI, EVGA, Asus all updated there BIOS for wolfdale support and some yorkfield or are at least working on Yorkfield support. The bottom line is Gigabyte can do the same but they just don't care about there customers. They got our money so on to the next suckers they can grab.
