Asus P5E Sticker removed

Curious if this flashing to the other bios would change the memory compatibility? My RAM is validate for the P5E Deluxe, but doesn't appear on the Rampage's QVL doc. Any ideas? Just afraid I'd have an inoperable system after the flash if the RAM is incompatible.

Anyone have any thoughts on Galvanized views on the PSU. I've never had an issue with an Antec PSU until now, but I"m open minded. Also noticed discoloration on the motherboard's power connector - same pins. Think it will be warrantied? Thanks!
