I need to buy some dual monitor video cards for some new systems at work. These Dell systems will only accept PCI Express cards. These systems will be used primarily for flight planning, not gaming. I need some suggestions, please help me out.

The drivers I used that I downloaded from the website are the same ones on the CD. I don't think the drivers are the problem unless they are corrupt in some way but I am not getting any strange errors. The only problem concerns the speed issue.
That's part of the problem, it's not in the startup folder. I can find no place to uncheck to get rid of it in any of the Creative apps. If anyone knows a registry tweak to get rid of it I am game.
