There are a lot of drinks that act as a random? diuretic for me. Things such as coca cola (dark sodas) Gatorade, coffee. Sometimes i pee a lot when i drink them, sometimes i don't but i'm pretty sure my system is very well flushed out by now.

Finally a hippie avatar :) And for the hair test, I've probably trimmed my hair with a #2 guard twice since the time in April. Would that make a difference or would it be more prevalent at the tips of my hair?
