Has anyone used the ASUS EN8600GTS PCI-e card with this board? I know ASROCK says the MSI board will work, does anyone see any reason this board won't?

I tried the AGP voltage mod, and it made no difference. I was still unable to run 3dmark03 while oced at 3.4GHz. It appears 3.2GHz is the best I'm going to be able to do unless I upgrade my video card.... :(

It doesn't appear that the PSU made much difference. I'm still not stable at 3.4GHz. I tried my pcie at 100 and 117, and 3dmark03 both times didn't work. With pcie at 117, the unit rebooted. At 100 3dmark just quit. I am stable at 3.2GHz though. I was able to finish an entire test. Could...

Well as I was installing 3dmark03, the PC had a random reboot. So I went ahead and down-clocked my FSB back to 200, and changed the IDE Strength to Highest. I was able to run 3dmark03 with a score of 6450, and 3dmark06 with a score of 856. I would say I have a GPU bottleneck. I'm going to...

Well...I just tried to run 3DMark06. And I don't know if it's my video card or what, but the test crashes to a windows error in the middle of the Return to Proxycom video test. This gets worse and worse. I'm going to try 3DMark03 and see what happens.

Can someone please explain something to me. I've seen some people say set the PCIe to 112-117, and I've seen others say to just leave it alone. If you're running AGP, why would it mater to touch this. Also what does it do? Thanks.

Use my post for a few posts back, print it out, write down your bois settings and repost. I play a lot of WoW as well. I can play hours at a time and be ok. Also look at your PSU. See what the wattage is. Post info on your componets as well. Then we'll go from there.

I feel your pain. I was never able to run my DDR400 at it's rated speed. So I upgraded my memory. Luckily I needed to anyway because I had 2x256. A Gig is needed these days. That being said, we should still be able to run it at it's rated speed. I look forward to getting the PSU, and...

I'm also starting to wonder if I have a bad board. The reason I say this is that when I set the FSB manually to say 242, sometimes the computer will post with a speed of 3.40GHz, and other times it will be 3.41GHz. Can someone verify if they've seen this on their board? I've also thought...

Well I thought I was stable. Running the following settings, I can run orthos, for a long time error free. I can play WoW, and do whatever I want. Last night however, my system rebooted on me. So I don't know.....I'm starting to think I should spend more money and get something better...

I believe I have narrowed the problem down to the Catalyst drivers. I tried everything under the sun in terms of BIOS settings last night and still could not getting it to run at 200MHz. It will run stable at 266MHz though. I think at this point I'll use my memory at 266MHz or just get DDR2...
