The 1350s were stupid cheap ($120-ish) a few years ago, so I ended up with couple of those. I've also got a 1500 and a 1000, which was the first one I ever bought about a decade ago.
All still going strong.
All of those series had their flaws for sure, but overall they were at least watchable.
The worst thing by far about Alex Kurtzman's Trek is the writing, which is consistently terrible. It's just one facepalm after another.
After having to force myself to finish ST: D S2, I passed on watching this.
I just watched RLM's reviews instead. The Plinkett review just came out, and it's probably more entertaining than the show:
Olive Garden is corporate. Very different animal from a privately-owned establishment.
TBH, I'd have told them to GTFO regardless, but I don't have a wife and kids.
