Motherboard Overclocking on a Budget

I need help with finding a motherboard that overclocks well between the price range 100-130$ Any sugestions? Also im planning on buying either a AM2 Slot or 939 Slot processor.

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ Dual Core for 120$, Good Deal?

i was looking on which cpu would fit my budgit and i found the AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ for 120$ on pricegrabber.com . It has a speed of 2.4 GHZ without being overclocked. So im just wondering if this one is better than the opteron that costs roughly 40$ more.

so from what im reading the amd opteron the best choice for overclocking on a budget, or are there any intel procesors that overclock well for a tight budget. PLESE SOMEBODY REPLY SOON!
