Vinnanater, With your hardware I think you're much better suited for a more capable motherboard. But aside from that, what type of SATA hard drive is that? The 1.60 BIOS made a patch for Seagates with SATA2.

Sounds like a good suggestion to me. Since this was my second XP install of the day i was trying to put that off but having it suggested to me makes me think its worth it. EDIT: I read your edit. How did you set your memory speeds? Did you set it to DDR333 and then push the CPU ASYNC?
