    OP: You could also backup to online service if you don't mind your data being held by a 3rd party. Also you should only need to backup documents and the like, not entire programs, so the amount of space you use is relatively small.

    OP -- see brikis98's post for a description of a soft deload (I usually do 10% when soft deloading). Do this before trying fractional plates. Also don't be afraid to review form videos or post them online, this is a valuable tool for both safety and increasing how much you can lift.

    I have a Phenom II X2 555 black edition OC'd to 3.8GHz and a radeon 4850 video card in my rig. When I play the latest call of duty, my computer uses 220W of power as measured by a kilowatt. you will need a pretty beefy system to use 1000W of power.
