Discernible difference in p35 and p45 boards

I have an MSI P35 Neo2-FR and if you want to dull down those BRIGHT green leds do what I do, I use a piece of Opaque white plastic and double sided tape it to the leds. It then gives then a VERY dull green glow.

it's mainly for right clicking .BAT and .REG files, I've done the .Reg files thanks xtknight, but can't find the bat file in the assosiations.

Any mobos with both PCI-E and AGP ?

I used the ASRock 4CoreDual-SATA2 as an in between board as it had both agp/PCIE and DDR/DDR2, it maybe a lowend board with not many options for overclocking. But thats where the low end stopped. It was a SOLID fast mobo and I had it for longer than I first planned to becuase it was so good.

Yep the 32bit version isn't a problem as i really pick that from any of my 32bit machines, but thanks anyway. The one I'm in most need of is the one that resides in the sysWOW64 folder. I'm clining to this XP X64 install in the hope it will last me till windows 7 is ready.

Acrobat Reader 9.x is 200megs?!

been using Foxit for a LONG time, I generally use PDF's downloaded from various printer manufacturers for paper crafting. NEVER had a problem with it. Ohhh and it loads in a fraction of the time adobe reader does.

Motherboard swap Support DVD

I would go here, select the OS and then download the drivers and if they are in .RAR format unpack them prior to upgrading. And then if it ask's for the drivers then you can point it to where you downloaded/unpacked them. Thats what I have done in the past BEFORE uninstalling the old mobo.

Cheers gillbot I removed the device and all registry entried to si3112 and silicon image. And removed sil3112.sys/inf/cat/pnf fron all the windows folders and still booted fine. Styrange that XP seemed top install it though.
