had this for a bit but i got rid as out of the box it did not take the cpu i wanted and the bios update just would not let the thing post at all also i got some real bad help from tec suport i was told to take off the bios chip and they sent me a new one what i had to pay for...

also should i even bother to put bios 15 on or will 14 do the job and thanks for any...
is it me or have abit taken the info and drivers off there web site for the FP-IN9 SLI hmm
on the .abit-usa.com i can not find the bios or info
but on the .tw i can but the bios 13 is not on there it has 11 12 14

i could not find the new bios updates on the abit site so used the above
board is great

yup i just set up 2 other systems with 650i chipsets and they went well one on a abit and one on a giga board both worked out of the box with the cpu`s i was useing no bios update to be seen
booted no problem oc`d them to 3.0 and they ran great
asus cost me over £80 and i got nothing...
no as the last board did boot if only for a few seconds and it did give the beep when ram was missing and video and then not when they where in
but that like the other 2 did not do a lot more it then did a strange few seconds where it did not see the floppy drive and would not boot then it...
did that just the motherboard
first with grafix 1 stick mem and cpu nothing elas
did the same in the diffrent slots nothing
fans but nothing booting
so its now on its way back will be going in morning and i got a new one on the way difrent board this time but same chipset...
can you help sort this
it gets power to the motherboard fans spin but nothing no beeps for cideo or mem
it did not start off like this but after a part where it did not see the floppy drive i did the clr trick and put the jumper over and its now not booting
like i put above...
