In Oklahoma where I go to school, they have to be +/- 5 cubic inches per 5 gallons. In Texas it's +/- 6 cubic inches per 5 gallons. Usually when I look at the seals, the inspector has marked how much over or under the pump is.
Now I pretty much have the entire Valve Complete Pack, even though I bought it piecemeal. $15 for the whole Counter-Strike franchise and DOD, $5 for DOD:S, $35 for the Orange Box, $31 for Left 4 Dead... and now less than a buck for HL1. Good stuff, I love Valve.
I liked it just for the writing even. Rivers has a ton of good stuff but this is very historically accurate in addition to being a good piece of fiction. Unless the Christian themes are offensive to you, I'd say it's definitely worth the read; it's a good story of personal strength and...
You can send the extra copies of HL2 and Ep1 to friends via the Steam Gifts if you buy the Orange Box. See this page: https://support.steampowered.c...php?ref=4502-TPJL-2656
If you only want / need Episode 2, the Half-Life 2 Episode Pack (includes Ep1 and Ep2) is cheaper. That said, if you haven't played Team Fortress 2, most gaming fun I've ever had. I have over 250 hours logged in that timesink.

Anandtech reviewed the exact same drive and so I compared my results to theirs...
Team Fortress 2 plays at > 100FPS with my 8800 and an e6600 at 3.0 GHz. Bioshock does > 60 FPS. Don't worry about Vista's impact if you buy good components like you're doing.
Yeah, you definitely need to not be building this box on your own if you are having these questions. Try finding someone that can lead you through this build and then try the next one on your own.
Of course you need the rails for the opticals; that's why they're included.
The drives in the...
My Scythe Ninja B doesn't use a backplate and it does quite well compared to the stock cooler of my e6600 even with the chip overclocked to 3 GHz... enough that I run without a CPU fan.
What are you considering "extremely hot"? I have an 8800 GTS 640MB in my p180 with just top / back / front fans (no PSU or CPU fans) and my card sits at 58 degrees. From what I understand the 8800s run a little toastier than previous nVidia cards.
Little bit creeped out by this place, I sent them an e-mail:
