Thanks for posting this - this was a very interesting article for 2 reasons: First, because I am a geek and love this kinda stuff :P and second because the problem described in the article was THE EXACT issue my 226WTQ was having! So now I know why! Thanks again! Mark

UPDATE: I pull the trigger on the LG 226WT

The biggest difference I know of between the WT and the WTQ is the response time (WT 5ms, WTQ 2ms). Not sure about the others though :) Mark

On the WTQ, I first noticed the ghosting playing World of Warcraft. When you looked at a character against a white background, and then ran past them, a slight "halo" in the shape of the character would remain for a moment. Fortunately, as has been mentioned, the difference is right there...

UPDATE: I pull the trigger on the LG 226WT

Thanks Messudieh. I noticed that the WT seems to do better with motion as well. That seems so odd to me though, as I would think the lower the response time, the better the panel should be with motion. But as we've both apparently noticed, thats not the case here. Thanks again! :)

UPDATE: I pull the trigger on the LG 226WT

Hi, its me again. I ended-up returning the LG 226WTQ I got due to some ghosting issues - must have just gotten a bad one - no biggie. But here is my dilemma - got an LG 226WT - no Q, in return. The difference between the two (as many of you know I'm sure) is the WTQ has 2ms response time...
