Would you think that PC6400 (800mhz) would allow more OC or PC5400 (667mhz) is more appropriate with this mobo b/c of the memory/fsb frequency ratio?

Is it as simple as connecting two dots (BSEL1 to VSS) on the CPU using the RS pencil?
Some says that some isolation is required but others say just connect those two dots?
Could anyone send me a good link to confirm...

Looks like the Asrock 4coreDual VSTA is a winner and would not require to do the PIN MOD.

I just got the E4300+ECS P4M800PRO mobo combo at Frys and would like to OC the E4300.
