    i can't ping www.yahoo.com either. i ran tracert for www.yahoo.com and it found the IP, but it can't go any further than that. The DNS servers are the @home DNS servers. also to rule out the USB NIC problem, I removed the USB NIC and plugged in a regular NIC and it STILL doesn't work!
