Antec ATX Power Supply - PS Fan Blow In or Out?

For the love of God! Will someone please help me flash my Abit bx6 2.0 bios.

I have the three files needed to do the flash, but I am confused, Abit`s site looks like....a: awdflash se6_SW.BIN /CC /CD /CP /PY...what am I supposed to do here? You think just maybe they would be just a tad more clear. I have been searching for answers for an hour, but I can`t find any help.

Don't Laugh, But Has anyone tried this before??? MUST COMMENT!

Or you can underclock your Cpu by 50 mhz or so and just use regular air cooling! Wow what a concept!

Audio/Video stuttering problem...?

Well, no I have not tried to move PCI slots around, because I have not added any new equipment...and it wasn`t doing it before....I may just have to reformat my HD.

This has just started recently and I don`t know why...when ever I have Winamp or some other audio/video device playing and I close web windows or exit outlook express ect. sometimes the sound/picture stutters. It`s not that bad (but it never used to do this), it seems to be getting a little...

I finally broke down and got a system, now I need help installing AS and Globalwin

I have tested the stuff on my CPU about 5 different times and the thinner the better (although I do have the one optimized for large contact areas). The instructions say not to use your finger, but a credit card or razor blade wouldn`t get the paste thin enough (not to mention the crap is...

Well, I know that 566@850 is a much safer bet, plus any bus speeds past 100 I might be able to get would be considered a bonus for me.

Oops, I meant it was a thin layer of (large contact area) Artic, I have tested the stuff many different ways and thinner was definatly better. I am probably just going to get a retail C566 and overclock that anyways.

Overclocking guru`s please advise? celey 400@600?

I curently am trying to get my celeron 400 running at 600, it runs fine at 2.3 volts buts I get booted back into windows after a minute or two (sometimes freezing)after running 3Dmark 2000. I haxe an ABIT BX r2 a FDP heatsink, and a think layer of Artic Silver...the idle temp never gets past...

HOMEBOY... Dude if you are only eating TWO times a day (are you serious, people who don`t even work out eat more than that), you may as well give up now. You need to be eating every 2 1/2 to 3 hours, get your ass out of bed in the morning and start eating! DO NOT go to bed on an empty stomach...

You could do that, or you could just use a real meal replacement that doesn`t suck (not Ensure!) and add some flax seed oil for extra calories.

any HardOCP readers here remember if fans sucking or blowing is better?

I remember that article well actually, the test showed almost no difference between the two, but generally when the fan was blowing on the CPU it was maybe 1 degree or so lower.

SSJGOKOOU1...If Nvidia made the Mx moodel as fast as a Gts, then the price would not be $119 as quoted, because nvidia would have to use more silicon, DDR memory etc which would raise prices... But prices would not be $299 (or more) for the current Geforce`s...what a ripoff, I can`t believe so...
