Absolutely, I was reading hard into both the 56 and 64, it seems more on the lines of "push the 56 like crazy" to "play with 64 and find a happy medium" hell sometimes I have more fun fiddling with settings than actually gaming. (As I'm sure most if us can relate)
I'll update thread when the...
You know what I ended up just doing this for now. This way I will have the 590 for backup as soon as ryzen 3xxx series comes out and I can gauge the market then. Have a buddy waiting on the 590 (currenty a 4770k and a GTX680) so that wont be a problem. Thanks for all the help guys!
Actually 2 kids (6 1/2and 2) we are 32 and have been together for 15 years. Gaming took a back seat the last 6 years or so but we are finding time to play again. It seems I'll hold out on any card until the ryzen 3 series launches, but I would hate to see first iteration of navi under perform...
Not really itching for an upgrade we just have always had our own separate PCs, we both game together so having only one pc currently is driving us crazy. I can always sell the 590 down the line and move whatever card I decide down to her PC when the time comes. (Plenty of friends need upgrades)...
Yes, I recently sold her aging rig planning a ryzen 3 series build. She will be receiving the RX590 which is a good match for her and the 2600x, so we would prefer not to go lower on the graphics side. (The PC I sold is the 8350 in sig.)
Yes I have a 590 currently, and building a whole new system is probably the route I will go. Leaning towards a vega stopgap until high end navi releases in 2020 for the new machine, or will a midrange navi be releasing soon which will make Vega a bad buy? I am gaming on my 75" qled, so either...
I have a 2600x, Asus crosshair vii hero, 16gb trident z 3600, rx590 etc. I will be upgrading to the new ryzen as soon as its released. But I plan to keep the system I have now for the most part. Would I be better off buying a x5xx mobo or keep the high end one I have and buy a cheaper one for...
Ati Rage 128 Pro
Geforce 2 MX 400
Geforce 5950 XT
Geforce 7800 GT

Radeon HD 4850 (x3)
Radeon HD 4870 1GB
Radeon HD 6850
Radeon HD 7950
If you're not a huge gamer take the 6870 and run. Just upgraded my wife from a 4850 to a 6850 and it makes all the difference for her. Especially noise levels.
I would skip the sound card if your PC has a decent video card, you should use the HDMI audio out from that. (will also give you DTS HD Master Audio)
With either receiver you should be able to connect all of your components via HDMI into the receiver and run one HDMI to your TV.
I personally...
Looking for something to last me a while, and was wondering if the Pioneer VSX-1123-K is a good buy, or would you all recommend something else? $600 is pretty much a firm limit.

Your CPU could be bottle necking your GPU in BF3 multiplayer thus resulting in your GPU not needing to be at 100% usage to produce the frames your CPU allows.
Interesting results.

So, a friend told me to buy, and play this at work tonight. He knows I am moving next week, and have a baby coming next month. I told him I was not sure of my finances with moving and the upcoming baby. Or if I will even get time to play or not in the near future.
I had to stay late at work...
I have 3 mice on my computer at all times, one Razer wired plugged in on my desk, one logitech wireless, and a blue tooth mouse/keyboard combo for couch surfing. All 3 mice are useable at any time, but make sure the other one is still. Every now and then i will be playing a game at my desk and...
