Replace ASRock Z68 E3 G3 with Z77 E4???

Current OC is 4.6 using the offset method, load VCore is 1.31-1.32 V. If I can get the same overclock at a lower voltage with the ASRock Z77 Extreme 4, I would go for it. The only other difference I can see is that there are 4 USB 3 slots at the back (compared to 2) and it has a better audio...

Replace ASRock Z68 E3 G3 with Z77 E4???

ASRock L2.03 & L2.04 BIOS

I think it may have to do with virtualization (try disabling it). I did an IBT (ver 2.53), standard test, 10 cycles, passed OK. Also Prime 95 (small and large FFTs) and that passed as well.

New Build Problems Asus P8Z68-V

I have the very same motherboard. I had problems with my SATA ports not being recognized till I did a CMOS clear using the jumper. Also you would want to make sure that you are using the latest BIOS (I'm using the 0801 version, which was removed from the ASUS downloads after I installed it!).

My Kingston Value RAM 667 overclocks to 800 MHz easily with VDIMM increased to 1.9 from 1.8 V. I don't think you really need Value RAM 800.

Does anyone have Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro and Abit IP35 Pro?

Fits, but the cooler is right next to the Northbridge heatsink. Personally I think this is fine, as the NB gets some air from the cooler fan!

Abit IP35 ICH9R SATA RAID Question

I think they should be. Even in RAID mode, all the SATA AHCI features are enabled on the SATA HDD. I would suggest you read the Intel Matrix Manager manual which you can download on the Intel website to doublecheck.

Abit IP35 ICH9R SATA RAID Question

You should use the two non RAID drives in 'RAID READY' mode which means select RAID in the BIOS even though the HDDs are non RAID in case you need to migrate them to RAID.
