Well to start id try another video card and differt ram and make sure everything is seated good. I have a wierd issue if my pci nic im using is only half in the slot or even a little out the pc wont post.
Sucks the ip35-e is gone its one heck of a board and bios 14 has pretty much fixed all its problems. With my e6600@3700 and my 8800GT clocked at 710/1800/2000 i broke 13500 if i was on xp id probly be in the 15k mark.
I don't remmber if it was in this thread of elsewere mwave i thk told a user the ip35-pro is being discontinued also once stock is gone they wont get any more.
Its a great board i thk abit is stupid for killing off their ip35 line seems like all of them are going bye bye. I run my e6600@3700 daily folding 24 7 no problems i just have to bump vcore to 1.475 droop is 1.42-1.44 and everything else 1 notch for my 4x1gig of ram.

bios 14 beta 5 seems be my best and overclocks best. If i didn't have the other 2 gigs of adata in my pc i could run 463x8 but right now i run 410x9 so i can use 4 gigs in vista 64bit. Helps when im using vmware linux to fold gota keep my 9-10min % going.
Ya ip35-e is a killer board looks like they don't like it rivaling their higher priced boards so much with the nice overclocks it gets. Thiers a few places still has it but prices are high now.

But you usualy hit either a vcore wall or heat using the highest muti. I ran my e6600@3.6ghz 450x8 for months till i got 2 more gigs of ram cheaper ram they dont overclock to 900mhz like my gskill ram. I don't really see much impact of me running 400x9 compared to my 450x8 less memory bw is...

I have had my ip35-e up to 480fsb and setfsb works on this board. I thk i could go alot higher but seems like my e6600 has issues with 6x and 7x muti i can only use 8x and 9x for every day use i run my fsb@450x8 when i get a faster fan for the tuniq i will run it at 465x8 or 470x8.

Ya seems like im running best i will get 3.6 or 3.7 ghz 450 or 463 x8 ram is running on 4 4 4 8 timings no problem i pull around 8300-8500 megs of memory bw. Running 3.6 till i upgrade the fan on the tuniq to a faster one so i can make sure my temps at 3.7 stay under 55c.
Has any one managed to run 500fsb on this board i tried droping my muti to 6 and 7x but i cant post even when i run way under 500. Like for every day i run my cpu @ 3700 463x8 ram runs at 926 100% orthos stable. But 6,7x muti wont post at fsb x8 and x9 will.
