There is no freedom to make threats, if I threaten to kill someone, I go to jail, if a country threatens to kill our country, we kill their country, it's easy to understand.
I ride, and wear a helmet, I wore one when we didn't have a helmet law. I'm a Libertarian, so I don't believe in a helmet law. Society doesn't have the right to mandate helmets, airbags, seatbelts, or virtually anything else.
