Today I just got my DSL reduced from $34.95 to $29.95. I currently do NOT have Verizon long distance.
CSR only told me she was changing my account from a retail one to a wholesale account (have had DSL for several years now). Also, I won't have any outages during the change.

The one in Beaverton, Or. just started its liquidation sale on Friday. I went briefly on Saturday. It was PACKED with people and all for a mezzly 10% discount. I left right away after being spoiled from all the 'deal' forums around.
When I use my 'copier' feature with my scanner, the printed result is about 5% smaller. Not to mention the thick black border around the document. Is there any way to correct this? It's just kind of irritating.

Having trouble setting up my ports to work with Diablo II. Even when I use the DMZ host(which disables the firewall supposedly) I can't get in a game. I can get into Battlenet and go to all the channels, but just can't start or join a game.

Yep, a couple of times they charged me interest for missing the due date. One time I know for sure I mailed it late.
