    Yeah, I get close to 30 in my 2007 without too much trouble, assuming it's just flat highway miles. I've logged pretty much every tank of gas since I bought it, and I'm averaging 23.6 mpg over ~53,000 logged miles.

    Huh? When I upgraded mine, I just popped in the unformatted bare drive. The only thing you need formatted FAT32 before-hand is a USB HDD, if you want to use one to back up your existing system (and then restore from that after the HDD upgrade).
