With the P35C BIOS, they changed the fan control after F4 so that the Fan runs a lot slower under PWM or Voltage control. Just wondering if they did the same thing with the P35 BIOS. Might explain the change in temps.

@egrimisu - I'd say that that's too much paste. Assuming that the base of the heatsink and the top of the CPU heatspreader make good contact, then you should only need to apply the paste to the CPU heatspreader.

I've just done a couple of orthos runs with the DDR2 offset set to +0.3 and I had a 12 hour run (before I stopped it) and then an 8 hour run (before I got an error)...
Speedfan seems to show the memory voltage as Vcore2. As per MrFatBoy's earlier posts, you should see it at approx 2.0V with DDR2 set at +0.0 or +0.1 and then +0.2 should give approx 2.13V and +0.3 results in about 2.26V
mrfatboy, tried your exact settings, but Orthos small FTT wouldn't run for more than 10 seconds ! I even upped the VCore back to my original 1.46875, but Orthos would fail after a couple of minutes. I think I'd need much more VCore to get stable at 3.6GHz, so you obviously got lucky with your...
