X3 Reunion

Fallout 3 gameplay issues

That's weird that you ran out of ammo...i used the bolt action POS that I found on those overgrown radioactive guys just to keep the game interesting...I had so much ammo 1/2 way though the game (5.56 and 9mm) that I was selling it because it was just sitting in my house...use V.A.T.S. and aim...

Anyone played black shark?

If you're rig in sig is what you're playing on then I think you answered my question...my rig isn't "bad" per say, but you'd blow me out of the water...if you don't get decent FPS' then I'm going to wait for the next gen GPU's and CPU's to play this game...I'll buy it to show the company respect...

Sims 3 has gone Gold - due out June 2

Are you saying Sims 2 is visually as good as Sims 3 but with lower system requirements? I've only got a 9200gs m card in my laptop and my wife really wants this game (sims 3) but i don't even know if it will run on my computer...what's the difference between these two games really...just that...

That's what I thought because she could run it at 800xwhatever and doesn't need any special filtering, no AA obviously, low textures...and restaurant empire played for her like I said, but I don't know if they have the same system demands (which isn't saying much) Thanks again

Maybe that's what I'm referring to, a refresh or update rather than a full port...could you give me some directions on where to read up on/learn about this? I'm quick when it comes to stuff like this (building designing patterns, etc.) so where would I begin?

Note: it doesn't have to be source obviously, that engine just looks good and it seems a lot of games used it...another engine would work but I don't even know how to get started...can you just download the engines, etc?

You have to look at it this way...in Europe, 20euros is 20dollars...it took me a while to accept that too :( try paying 50euros for a game, playing it, hating it, then realizing said game cost $75 (Empire:Total War I'm talking to you) I'll probably pick up Fable...is it a story driven...

Am I delusional, or is Far Cry 2 an absolutely horrible game?!

how to make .avi from my dvd's

I've got a lot of dvd's that i put on my HD originally, but I never figured out how to convert to .avi I have dvdfab and that transfers the file to the HD, then I use DVDshrink so it doesn't take up so much space, but then I have all these .bov files (or something like that extension)...the...

.exe files and mac...

I do have the cd, her cd-rom drive gets stuck when you try to eject the disk and I didn't want to damage anything, so I made an iso of the disk thinking it'd be the same thing since you can do the virtual drive thing on mac desktops without needing any special programs... Thanks for your help...
