The stock coolers you receive with the card are so crap they melt the core. This is what's happening to cards in AUS. Not sure of the USA but it should be the same story. Just get a cheapo fan and let it blow towards the GFX and your fine.
Woah I'd wait a while until I buy one of these. Some of these have been reported to melt because of a lousy stock crap fan. If I buy one I'd make sure I also buy a normal 80 or 120mm fan to blow on it. At least it won't melt then.

I wouldnt use any of them. I'd go for something like a Gigabyte G-Power Pro or something like that. It has a massive fan to cool not only your CPU but your whole system. If you want real peace, the ASUS V60 is deadly silent.
The Black Edition is pretty much an undercover FX. These chips are begging to be overclocked. Unlocked multi and so on make it the overclocker's choice.
Wat the heck is AMD doing? The XP pooned the Northwood and the 64 owned Prescott and now AMD get smahsed to kingdom come by Core 2 Duos. Their new poducts can't even beat Intel's counterparts from what I've heard. This is shame.

Don't know if you Americans have them but get a Thermaltake 120 Ultra or Extreme and wack on a Scythe S-Flex. Its the best cooling you can get. Well...air at least.
