there r other kind of PSU, such as Thermaltake Toughpower 1000 w and beyond. This unit sports 2 PSU in 1. One with 2 rails +12V and +3.3V and the other with 2 rails +12V and +5V. Cool =)

1) Problem solved. found a file that creative hide called "ctpanel.exe". The file controls many important things, including cmss.
2) cannot rename. it's a device name not the Local Area Connection's name

hello all, i need the help of the computer experts out there.
I have two driver problems.
1) installing audigy latest driver for some reason turns on cmss. without creative playcenter its seems to be imposible to turn it off.
well, for me playcenter is crappy and i dont want to install it...
if you have more than a gig of ram at least (say 1.5 gig), then disable the large system cache will hurt performance. Anyway, what's a gig of ram for if not for cache? is there any programs, that utilise them?

If you have 1 Gigabyte of RAM and enable "Large System Cache" feature, on Windows XP, data corruption may occur.

yes to all question. I've got 2 120mm fan, one exactly on top of the video card and the other exactly on top of the cpu. both fan blows inside the casing. fan on the card worked correctly, and i didn't forget to connect the power. the gpu temperature is still in the green area (below 70C)

previously i used the fan i used for my t-bird 900. It was an aluminium based hsf.
the temperature in bios reached abt 64C, but Asus probe states that the cpu temp is only around 54C

with the old cdr, (esp. over 2 yrs ago), burning cd audio over 2x speed will cause some problems, no matter what speed your cdr is rated. this is my experience though...

minse used to skip when playing mp3 using winamp. so i change winamp setting frmo using directsound to wavemaper. now the problem is gone.
i use winamp 2.80. I dun use winamp 3 at the moment coz its too buggy for me.
