aim randomly disconnecting

Yeah I tried that also. It did not auto-detect, but i found a list of them manually, but it was giving me even more messages (Code 10)

no on/off switch... just the function button which i've checked. and nothing has changed in the bios. i have tried removing & reinstalling the driver, but then i get a few different messages.. the one i said before and "driver not installed" Im not sure if they directed me to the correct driver...

So a friend of mine gave me an emachines laptop & I reformatted it. But now after installing all the drivers I can't use the wireless. It is saying no supported wireless adapters available in the system. I downloaded the drivers that the emachines tech told me to, but it is still not working...

Old HP laptop.... what to do????

So a friend of mine had an old HP omnibook that he gave me & I'm debating on what to do with it. Its an omnibook 4150 which originally has about 96mb of memory and originally had a 6gb hard drive. I replaced the hard drive with the drive in my old laptop so it now has 60gb. originally running...
