Looking for a wall mount

Thanks for the suggestion corky. Was looking around the site and found this for a bit cheaper. But it doesn't look as adjustable as the one you linked.

Looking for a wall mount

I have a 24" HP monitor (W2408) and I'm looking for a adjustable wall mount that can move around easily. Ideally I would want it to be able to swivel a full 180 degrees. I'm on a kind of tight budget (less than $75) so does anyone have any recommendations?

Longest day working

18 hour shift manually scraping a layer of paint + 2 coats of primer off of hydraulic cylinders that were painted a wrong color of green for John Deere. 12 Hour shifts were normal for me, for some reason I loved it. Wish I could have done it again this summer between semesters =/

Private 4 year schools that aren't Top 25 ranked...

Not sure if this has been said yet as I just whimmed through the reponses and saw mostly financial stuff. I go to a private school because of the smaller class sizes (maximum of 25 students) and the great interaction I get with the professors. I do pay more, but I don't get regret my decision.

I make funny situations possible out of the worst. I'm glad I could entertain because I have a urine concoction brewing all over the bathroom floor and a shitty (no pun intended because there actually is no feces at the scene) plunger.

Sounds exactly like my list (even the beans). Except I buy eggs in a carton of 60. No almonds as I'm allergic, so I buy big packages of unsalted peanuts. nom nom nom the basics of a lifting diet, fairly cheap besides the meat as well. Edit: Add whole grain pasta to that.

summer concerts

Going to Warped Tour with girlfriend in Milwaukee next week. Had tickets to go to River Riot in Council Bluffs, IA (blink 182, panic at the disco, fall out boy, + more) but had to sell them to a forum member because I won't be able to attend.

hiking, i suck at it. what exercises to get better?

you are on starting strength, that means ur squatting like a mad man. i know the program well, and wouldnt recommend you do as much cardio as youre saying. once u start to get into the heavier weights for your standards, you wont want to hike at all because your legs should be exhausted...

If anabolic steroids were legal, would you take them?

I'm a solid 210 with around 14% body fat and have been lifting hard for about 2 years now taking the regular supps like creatine and whey. Out of curiosity, I would do one cycle.

Cooking with SunnyD: What happens when "plain" just doesn't cut it.

I would definitely eat. They look like my pancakes when I make protein pancakes. Chocolate whey protein + pancake mix, cook them up and right before they are done put a dallop of peanut butter on it so it melts. So delicious!
