I think a good food for you to eat this time of season would be fruits and veggies and probably a liitle meat. To stay away from your cravings i would suggest that you find something doing worthwhile like exercise. A good substitute for your cravings would be a good exercise.
Well if you really want to get tank, it's really a very serious thing. It would require a lot of hard work plus it takes a lot of time so you really need to be very patient. Do your best and sooner or later it would be a good outcome.

there are china made gsm cellphones that can accomodate 2 sim cards at once and they can be on line at the same time. but you should be careful in choosing this because they don't have aftermarket support and its quiet unstable for a phone.
