Just in case your particular 2x2GB chips are a "bad load" for the Northbridge, I suggest you try manually setting "MCH" at 1.3v ? EDIT, And memory "Trfc" should typically be in range 52-62 ? :)

The E7200 is only compatible with a 1.93a bios, so my suggestion to try an earlier bios is only meaningfull if you have another CPU to try in your mobo ? And flashing a mobo with a lower version bios is no problem when done with DOS ASRFLASH program, not sure if it would be equally successful...
